We offer standard delivery across Ireland and international shipping to selected countries. Delivery is free on orders over a certain threshold, while a flat rate applies to smaller orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How can I return an item if I change my mind?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of receipt. Returns can be made via post to our warehouse or for free at any of our physical Carraig Donn stores.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. For added convenience, we also support PayPal and Carraig Donn digital gift cards.
Can I use a gift card online?
Yes, Carraig Donn gift cards with a 10-digit code and a PIN can be used during the checkout process. Simply enter the details in the 'Gift Card' section at payment.
